Sub : Prayer For Setting up a Common Room.
Sir,
We beg most respectfully to state that we are the student of your college. Our college is famous in Dhaka city. Many student,s make good result every year. we are proud of it. But it is really sorrowful matter that there is no common room in our college. we have been suffering greatly for want of a common room in our college. This is really very inadequate for us. So, we are feeling the urgent need for a common room.

We therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to grant our application.

স্যার,
আমরা অত্যন্ত শ্রদ্ধার সাথে অনুরোধ করছি যে, আমরা আপনার কলেজের শিক্ষার্থী। আমাদের কলেজটি ঢকা শহরে বিখ্যাত একটি কলেজ। প্রতি বছর এখন থেকে অনেক ছাত্র ভাল ফলাফল করছে। আমরা এর জন্য গর্বিত। তবে এটি সত্যই দুঃখজনক বিষয় যে আমাদের কলেজে কোনও সাধারণ ঘর নেই। আমাদের কলেজে একটি সাধারণ ঘর প্রয়োজনের জন্য আমরা প্রচুর কষ্ট ভোগ করছি। এটি সত্যিই আমাদের পক্ষে খুব অপর্যাপ্ত। সুতরাং, আমরা একটি সাধারণ কক্ষের জরুরি প্রয়োজন অনুভব করছি।
তাই আমরা প্রার্থনা করি এবং আশা করি আপনি আমাদের আবেদনটি প্রদানের জন্য যথেষ্ট সদয় হন।

উক্ত এপ্লিকেশনটি দিয়ে স্কুল বা কলেজে সব ধরনের স্থাপন  নির্মাণে ক্ষেএে এপ্লিকেশনটি প্রযোজ্য হবে ঳শুধু এপ্লিকেশন এর নামের স্থানে অন্য এপ্লিকেশন এর নাম লিখতে হবে৆
